The thing I like about digital cameras is the happiness people get out of looking at their photos. It's not as appealing with DSLRs, but people are really cute with their P&S cameras.

So, I thought this kid's hat was adorable and was quite obviously maneuvering towards him for a photo. The dad spotted me and cleverly decided to smush the kid's face instead. I still took it...seemed worth it.

Eric is 19, from East New York, and has been "the freak" for 6 years. A continual jokester, he likes to say he "had to break down my HOUSE to make" the original cardboard armor he wore when he started. Cute.
